So You’re Considering an Estate Sale?

The first step toward a sale is to meet each other face to face and review your project.  You will want to know and trust the people who will be in your home.

This meeting is FREE of any charge or obligation. We will evaluate your unique needs and customize a strategy to maximize your return and minimize your stress.

Once the schedule of the preparation and sale is determined, we go to work organizing, sorting, cleaning, and discovering. We are committed to the reuse or recycling of any items that are not appropriate for sale.

We can arrange for safe disposal of hazardous materials and charitable donation of items for which there is no market.

We ask that you NOT pre-clean or organize the home before talking to us.  Never was the saying that “One man’s trash is another man’s treasure” more true than in an estate sale.  We are professionals at uncovering, identifying, and valuing your property so leave those determinations to us.

We have a host of specialists with whom we regularly consult on unusual or highly-valued items, and we employ a range of marketing options to meet the ultimate goal- your satisfaction.

Finally we conduct a well-organized sale with a high degree of attention given to communication, advertising, security, and logistics.

You can be confident your choice of Cherokee Estate Sales is the right one. While you might be overwhelmed by the task, the staff of CES loves the challenge of bringing your estate property through to the completion of a successful sale.

Let us relieve you of that burden!

Thank you for the painless and complete experience. I appreciate the complete clearing of all goods and the respect with which you operate
